We are BDT incorporating Woodford & Co, a firm of Chartered Surveyors and Rating Specialists based in Basingstoke providing advice on Commercial property across the UK.

Anti-Money Laundering

In order to comply with the requirements of the Anti-Money Laundering regulations, we will be required to obtain evidence to verify your identity. The required evidence may include sight of a passport or other identification document. We will retain this information for the duration of any negotiation, and for 7 years post completion of the transaction.

We may use your information to send you material regarding commercial property, provide property market research and provide information about BDT, our latest deals, services and information about the team.

The accuracy of your information is important to us. You are entitled to view, amend or delete the personal information that we hold.
