BDT on behalf of CEG have had more success at Network House, Basing View, Basingstoke.  Mears Ltd moved to the whole of the 4^th floor to deal with their expanding business.  The floor totals 6,292 sq ft and was let on a new lease.

They have also let a suite on the 5^th Floor of 1,600 sq ft.  Amcare have moved their office service staff to the property, from their warehouse in Old Basing.

Brian Pickett of BDT commented “These lettings reflect the ongoing refurbishment works that CEG carry out in the building.  We currently have suites available from 804 sq ft to whole floors of 6,292 sq ft.
