On behalf of CBRE Investors, bdt have let Unit D2 Grafton Way West Ham Industrial Estate Basingstoke.  The Landlord’s took a surrender of the Lease and then granted a new Lease to Despatch Point Ltd, who are expanding their Basingstoke operations.  Despatch Point have taken on a new 10 year lease subject to a break clause.

Brian Pickett commented “It is good to welcome Despatch Point to the estate.  We will shortly be having Unit K available of 13,425 sq ft, which the client is refurbishing ready for Spring 2023.  We anticipate a good demand for this building”.
