Further good news has been announced at Network House on Basing View, where international IT solutions provider, GlobalData, have leased 4,500 sq ft of office space on the 5^th floor in the building.

GlobalData join other recognised business names in the building including Wates Construction, Reed Employment and Mitie.  The building is now very close to 100% occupancy with just a few smaller suites of between 1,000 -1,500 sq ft remaining, all of which are continuing to attract Tenant interest.

The GlobalData lease has been granted for 10 years with a 5^th year break option at a headline rent of £14.50 per sq ft.  Incentives were negotiated by the Tenant’s Agent, Savoy Stewart in London.

BDT have been retained as letting agents for the Network House owners for over 2½ decades, successfully marketing a variety of space options over that period.
